The name Saudj Bulagh, former name of Mahabad near lake Urmyeh, seems to have survived among Iranian carpet dealers when they mention Kurdish rugs from that area.
Dark blue and a warm orange colour are often used for the knotted rugs. The kilims show very refined patterns.
Coulours may appear different on the website than in reality. All mentioned prices and sizes are indicative and not binding. Possibly some rugs that are still online, are not available anymore in the showroom.
